Prop 26 Lawsuit Against LA County: Complaint Posted

On October 3, 2011, Hilex Poly Co, LLC (a large plastic bag manufacturer) and a few individual plaintiffs that claim to have been "harmed" by paying the 10 cent charge for paper bags filed a Complaint against Los Angeles County seeking to have LA County's plastic bag ordinance invalidated.
