Hearing on LA County's Prop 26 Lawsuit Scheduled for December 12th

As described in an earlier post, Hilex Poly Co. LLC (a major plastic bag manufacturer) sued Los Angeles County regarding LA County's  plastic bag ordinance, which is the first Prop 26 challenge to be litigated regarding plastic bag ordinances. The hearing on Hilex Poly's Motion for Writ on Mandate is scheduled for December 12th at 8:30 a.m. in Los Angeles Superior Court Dept. 17.
